To crack a job in MNC, you need good experience, practical exposure, strong comm skills and it totally depends how you present yourself in an interview.
Along with MBA in HR, I would suggest you should also learn latest software like PeopleSoft, SAP, MS Excel, HR Analytics, HR Statutory Compliance, etc.
