Questionnaire to Identify strength of HR managers with external/ internal locus of control

Hello Researchers ,academicians and mentors.
I am heading the HR vertical in very large organisation with large number of managers in different age group.
Please help me identify managerial strength of managers with inner or external locus of control .
Any reference where set of questions can help me identify such strength of my staff.
