Factory Returns Man-Days: Should Head Office Staff Be Counted Too? Seeking Guidance

Dear Seniors,

My factory is situated in Daman (Union Territory) with 50 workers, and the head office is located in Mumbai with 10 staff members.

When calculating the man-days for factory returns, should I include the head office staff or exclude them? Please provide suitable guidance.
