Transferred PF but Missing Pension Amount: Will Form 10C Help Me Get It Back?

I want to know, I transferred my PF amount from one to another but did not get the pension amount. Kindly help. If I fill out the form for (10C) pension withdrawal, will I get it settled? My service period is 3 years. I got my PF amount but not the pension amount.

In the same UAN, the pension amount gets carried forward, but it is not visible in the next passbook. However, the department maintains records.
