Date of exit correction in EPF - Wrongly updated and approved Date of Exit in EPF

Wrongly updated and approved Date of Exit in EPF of on the employee, how to correct it.

manual form 10 can resolve the issue with a covering letter to EPF that the mistake is clerical error

By mistake i mark exit a date in EPFO and now it is not possible to remove the exit date. Kindly suggest me how to remove exit date from EPFO portal?

submit Joint declaration with ID Proof ( AAdhar & Pan Card )and Form 10 in concern EPFO Office for correction.
