Confused About PF Withdrawal Due to ESI Coverage? Need Help Navigating This Issue

Naziya Parveen
I left my job on 7th January 2019, and I applied for Form 31 (PF in advance). However, there is an issue arising that states, "Your establishment is covered under ESI, and the wages are less than 21K. Since you have ESI facility, you are not eligible for PF in advance."

I am currently not working anywhere for the past 15 days. Could you please guide me on how I can withdraw my PF in advance?

Check your UAN. If the exit is done by the employer, then you would become eligible to file Form 60 days or Form 31 after 30 days (up to 75% of a/c 1).

Activate your UAN and confirm your employer exit from the firm. Then add KYC and get approval from the firm via DSC. After that, proceed to get settled via online claim.

Thank you.
