Hi U should produce every year end 1. PF yearly returns (Forms 3A & 6A every year month of april) 2. Other statutory records verified by a labour inspector or any other respective person from labour office. They will come and check the records and sign the record. It'l happen every year in the month of December. Regards Suresh
