My A/C is very old (35 years). After the closure of our mill, I have withdrawn my entire amount. How shall I get my pension? Presently, I am residing a long distance away from that organization. Please help me and advise urgently.
There is no head or tail to your background. Are you referring to the pension from EPF/EPScheme? If yes, it would be better to visit the Employees' Provident Commissioner's office in your area where your mill was located and discuss the matter with the officials who handle pensions. I highly doubt they will have records to assist you after 35 years.

EPF pension system started in 1995; it was not available 35 years ago. In that era, FPS was available, and if the employee completed 10 years, only then they issued the eligibility certificate. Otherwise, they paid the full amount back to the employee upon withdrawal. Therefore, if there is no scheme certificate, there is no question of a pension arising.
