PF Claim - Death case

My neighbor who was resigned sighting health reasons, unfortunately he expired 2 months after resignation.
He's nominated his wife in Pf.
Please advise what she's has to do next to claim PF.

Visit the employer and take his help.
Visit the nearest EPF office with his UAN number and seek help.
Forms to be filled up and documents needed:
EPF Composite Form
Death Certificate
Joint photograph of claimants
Date of Birth certificate of children claiming pension
Copy of cancelled cheque or attested copy of first page of bank Pass Book.

Speak to Employer with whom he worked last and he will help.otherwise as such EPF commissioner office nearby to be contacted along with details as given above.
