EL, CL and SL are regulated by the nature of company you work in and also the state in which the company is based at. Please confirm which industry are you referring to and in which state for more information.

IT Company in Noida is registered under UP shop & establishment act. Section 10 of the same act covers the number of CL, SL and EL given to employees.
