Campus Placements: Can You Share Your Appointment Letter Formats for 2009?

Next month, we are planning campus placements for 2009. I would like to request all of you to kindly send me the appointment letters used in campus placement. I wonder if it is different from what we offer to candidates in lateral hiring.

In brief, kindly help me with the format of the offer letter/appointment letter/letter to the hired; whatever it's called.
