Please share your best practices to engage 100% of employees effectively. Some organizations call it TEI (Total Employee Involvement), while others refer to it as Total Employee Engagement. I am interested in learning about various models like Kaizen, Suggestion Systems, QC Circles, etc., and how they are linked to the organization's top goals.

Experiment with empowering employees to discharge their duties with responsibility, and most importantly, with full discretion to use delegated authority. A humane touch and greater involvement in the decision-making process would follow as a natural corollary.
