Closing a Labor License Without a Completion Certificate: What Are My Options?

We have obtained a Labor License during the project execution, and now that the project execution is complete, we have commenced Operation & Maintenance Jobs as part of the same work order. Currently, we do not have a workforce exceeding 15 persons. How can I close the Labor License without acquiring a completion certificate? Your suggestions are appreciated.

You have already completed the assigned job for which you have obtained the applicable labor license. In such an event, you shall have to obtain a completion certificate from the Principal Employer for the surrender of such labor license.
