Employer Ignoring My Bonus Requests: What Steps Can I Take to Resolve This?

Hello, I was working with a Pvt Ltd company for 1.5 years. This company is involved in staffing and deals with manufacturing companies. The company has not yet paid me a bonus amount. I worked from 7th March 2016 to 9th June 2017. I have been continuously sending them emails, but I have not received any responses to my emails.

What actions can I take on this?

A couple of questions need to be answered here:

1. How old is your employer? I mean, for how long have they been in business.
2. Does your monthly gross earnings fall under the eligible limits for Statutory bonus?
