I am working as Hr Executive
I need to draft a mail to my employees regarding a Leave policy
Can you please suggest me a perfect mail to be drafted where every single point should be covered

What perfect message you want to communicate to employees with the perfect mail?

Please find the leave policy of our Organisation
• Casual Leaves- 18 per Annum (Which can be carry forward)
• Sick leave- 8 Per Annum ( Which cannot be carry forward or no Encashment can be done)
• OFF’s – 8 in which 4 is fixed i.e. public holidays and 4 are variable
I want to put all these information in a mail
