Shift Time Proposal for Space Optimization
In Mumbai, the space has become very costly. Considering the space constraint, one of the ideas that struck me is about shift time. The shift could be from 06:00 to 15:00 and 15:00 to 24:00. This way, the same space can be utilized for two employees.
Although this practice is common in call centers, it can also be considered for corporate offices. The shift time could be reduced by half an hour to account for travel issues and the availability of public transport. I would like to request your views on the feasibility and viability of this proposal.
