As everyone is aware, the registration under the Delhi Shop & Establishment Act is not required as it has been kept in abeyance since 23.11.89. Now, the question arises: for an organization incorporated in May '07, is there a need to provide information to the Chief Inspector of Shop and Establishment regarding the operation of the business? Additionally, what are the important registers/documents that are necessary to maintain under this act, even without registration?
