Should I Deduct PF from Employees Earning Rs. 6423? Seeking Advice on EPFO Coverage

In my new organization, there are a few employees working for a monthly salary of Rs. 6423. I don't know whether I should enroll them all under the coverage of the EPFO scheme or not. Management insists that I deduct PF value from their salary. Is this correct or not?
