Struggling to Withdraw PF from Previous Employer: How Can I Access My Funds Now?

Hi, I resigned from Company A and joined Company B, which I have also resigned from now during the notice period. My PF account with Company A is with EPFO, while the one with Company B is with a Trust. I did not transfer my PF from Company A to Company B's trust, but I did submit Form 11 in Company B.

When I applied for withdrawal of Company A's PF from the EPFO portal, it indicated that the current employer is under a trust, so I can't withdraw from EPFO directly; instead, I need to contact the current employer. However, I have not transferred my Company A's PF to Company B yet. Now that I have resigned from Company B as well and will not be working anymore, I would like to know if it is now possible for me to withdraw Company A's PF from the EPFO portal. Please guide me on how to proceed with withdrawing the Company A PF amount as I need the money for survival now.

Please follow the procedure below to transfer PF from Trust to EPFO:

1) Submit Form 13 (2 forms) through your present employer to your previous employer along with a covering letter.

For PF withdrawal, you can claim the withdrawal separately.

So, I should submit the transfer form with my current employer and ask the previous employer to accept that, right? After the transfer, can I initiate the withdrawal from the EPFO site?
