Form 10C Rejected: How Do I Submit Family Details for My PF Claim?

Dear all, please help. I left a company after working for 10 years, and my PF Form 19 and Form 10C were submitted by my office to the PF office at Bandra East. I have received PF as per Form 19, but Form 10C is rejected with the below reason as shown on the PF portal.

Claim-Form-10C (EPS Withdrawal/SC) (Withdrawal Benefit / Scheme Certificate)

Claim ID - MHBAN181100004701
Member ID - MHBAN00462220000000528

It has been rejected due to: "ELIGIBLE FOR SCHEME CERTIFICATE. PLEASE SUBMIT FAMILY DETAILS FOR PROCESS CLAIM/OK."

Please guide me on what to do next from my end.

You have completed 10 years, so the pension amount cannot be withdrawn. Please obtain the pension certificate by submitting your family details. You can start receiving the pension monthly after reaching 58 years of age. If you have any suggestions for modifications, please let us know.

Should I go personally and submit Form 2A to the Bandra-East PF Office, or should I give it to my previous HR?
