One EPF Account (Transfer Request) - "NO DATA FOUND AGAINST ESTABLISHMENT" for previous employer

I am not able to transfer my previous EPF account amount to my present EPF account. Earlier when there was Form 13 feature available, I was able to do that. But as things are changed now and all will be done by online portal, I am not able to do that.
On the page named (One Member - One EPF Account (Transfer Request)), in the step 1 section when ever I entered my UAN number and click the previous employer button and finally clicked the "Get Details" button, a error message is keep poping up that says "NO DATA FOUND AGAINST ESTABLISHMENT SL. NO. : 429450 WHEN GETTING ESTABLISHMENT DETAILS ".
Can anyone able to help me here.
