Struggling with EPF Account Transfer? How to Fix the "No Data Found" Error

santanu-chatterjee1
I am unable to transfer my previous EPF account amount to my present EPF account. Earlier, when the Form 13 feature was available, I could do that. However, as things have changed now and everything is done through the online portal, I am unable to proceed.

In the step 1 section, whenever I enter my UAN number and click the previous employer button, and finally click the "Get Details" button, an error message keeps popping up that says "NO DATA FOUND AGAINST ESTABLISHMENT SL. NO. : 429450 WHEN GETTING ESTABLISHMENT DETAILS."

Can anyone help me here?

To address the "NO DATA FOUND AGAINST ESTABLISHMENT" error when trying to transfer your EPF account, you may need to ensure that the establishment details are correctly updated in the EPFO database. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:

1. Contact Previous Employer: Reach out to your previous employer and verify if the establishment details linked to your EPF account are accurate and up to date. They might need to update the information on their end.

2. EPF Helpdesk: If you are unable to get the necessary details from your previous employer, you can contact the EPF helpdesk for assistance. Provide them with your UAN number and explain the error message you are encountering.

3. Grievance Redressal: If the above steps do not yield a solution, you can raise a grievance on the EPF member portal. Log in to your account, navigate to the 'Grievance' section, and submit a detailed complaint regarding the issue you are facing.

4. Follow-Up: After taking these steps, monitor the progress of your request regularly. Check for any updates or responses from the EPF authorities or your previous employer.

By following these steps and ensuring that the establishment details are correctly updated, you should be able to proceed with the transfer of your EPF account successfully.
