ESIC portal issues - using Firefox for "Update IP details" not working

I am using "firefox" but when i click on "Update IP details".... it open new page from where I select my employee then it show 5 Radio Button... now when I try to click on any link like "personal details" and other option in that bar, am I doing anything wrong... but where I don't know? Please guide.

Try to do the same by using internet explorer.

firefox 42 or below works
or use internet explorer
