ESIC portal issues - using Firefox for "Update IP details" not working

I am using "Firefox" but when I click on "Update IP details", it opens a new page from where I select my employee. Then, it shows 5 Radio Buttons. Now, when I try to click on any link like "personal details" and other options in that bar, am I doing anything wrong? But where, I don't know? Please guide.

Try to do the same by using Internet Explorer.
