Employee left the organization in 4 months, so he is eligible only to withdraw the employer and employee shares, not the pension contribution. What happens with the unwithdrawn pension contribution further?
Contribution claims of less than 6 months are not accepted.
EPF shares are accumulated in the UAN and will be added to the next establishment upon joining. However, the employee must produce the UAN for linking. Under the same UAN, the new employer will continue.
