Need Help with Salary Structure for Central Government Manpower Deployment Requirements

Varnika Srivastava
Hi, everyone, please help me. I have to deploy manpower in the central government, where I have to fulfill the below-mentioned requirements:

Salary Calculation for Central Government Deployment

1. His daily wage is 617. That means 617*26 = 16042. All the calculations will be done on his gross salary, i.e., 16042, because in central wages for those on a daily basis, there is no basic or DA. The calculation of PF or ESIC, etc., will be done on his total gross salary.

Additional Requirements

2. They require PF & EDLI at 13.36%, Bonus at 8.33%, Retrenchment at 4.82%, Leaves at 5.0%, and National Holiday at 1.0% of basic minimum wages for highly skilled manpower.

Can anyone please send me a salary structure according to the above-mentioned requirements?

Dear Varnika Srivastave, I used to deal with manpower sub-contractors for various plants/projects of our company all over India. We usually pay as per the Minimum Wages Act, as defined by the Appropriate Government. However, in the case of eligible employees, we pay more than the MW Act. In order to determine the overall costing of a plant/project, I prepare a sheet of projected costs for the deployed manpower. This helps us in making project costing as well.

Please find attached a format duly showing MW, some allowances, PF (employer 13% instead of 13.36%), ESI Deductions, Take Home Salary, CTC, etc. In EPF, you can freeze PF wages up to Rs. 15,000, and accordingly change the formula at the respective place. Since we deploy through a third party, hence "Contractor Service Charge" is also shown.

Also, find attached another individual CTC Format. You can modify the format(s) as per your requirement. Hope this will serve your purpose.
