What are the regulations guiding leave policy in insurance broking industry?

Looking to increase the number of leaves available for all employees in our company. However I am unable to find any regulations/acts in this direction meant for insurance broking industry.
Would request you all to share the number of leaves in your current organisation along with the industry. It would be a great help.

I won't call your's an 'industry' per se. This should be an office doing associated business for insurance co's. Am I right. Check whether it's regd. under Shops & Commercial Estt.Act or what else. Depending on status of your firm the act/rule applicable will be determined.
