In present scenario is compulsory to fill all factory act register like fine register, unpaid wages register, washing register, deduction register, compensatory register etc?

Yes it is mandatory as now the inspections are planned on Central Labour portal.
All the registers will be uploaded on the inspection as the inspection is as per the Questionnaire.
Also for Accident register please take the initial of the factory inspection to notify that it was already available from the beginning.
maintain the consolidated registers at shram suvidha portal this will reduce the maximum burden
but the inspection books are to be maintained physically
