In the present scenario, is it compulsory to fill all factory act registers like the fine register, unpaid wages register, washing register, deduction register, compensatory register, etc.?
Yes, it is mandatory as now the inspections are planned on the Central Labour portal. All the registers will be uploaded during the inspection as it aligns with the questionnaire. Also, for the Accident register, please refer to the initial factory inspection to indicate that it was available from the beginning.
Maintain the consolidated registers at Shram Suvidha portal. This will reduce the maximum burden. However, the inspection books are to be maintained physically.
