Aadhar PF claim - OTP was sent to the first mobile number rather than the newly updated mobile number

@Sangeeth125. Hi Sangeeth. I had same issue as like you regarding OTP sent to old mobile number.. Did you solved that issue? If so, pls reply what you done to solve that issue.

i have changed my aadhar linked mobile number to a new number and it got updated to new number. now i need to claim pf from my pf account but when i am trying to claim the money the OTP was sent to the first mobile number rather than the newly updated mobile number.what i have to do now to receive OTP to my new updated number. please help

Make sure that your new number is linked with aadhar as well as bank,and bank acct is linked with aadhar.
Claim OTP is sent to aadar linked mobile number which is also registered with bank acct linked with aadhar.

please submit off line form 19 and 10-c / Submit your handwritten form or submit a joint declaration form to change your Mob number.

Bijay_majumdar thanks. are you sure if i update my new number with bank account then i will get the OTP in new register number while Online PF claim.

Epf sends otp of final application submission of your claim onmobile number which is linked with aadhar and bank too.
