Tech.interviews are highly sensitive as this part is the determining step to help find out the suitability/employability of a candidate to a post. Therefore I don't advise you collect a set of questions which you are expectedly not familiar. If so, how can you fully appreciate the candidates' answers. On that count, tech.interview should be left to the tech.team rather than HR to handle this.
And if you try to list them out, mind you IT is a very vast subject, ranging from hardware, software, platforms,programming, backend, frontend, networking, cloud computing, online/off line etc. You might as well consult an IT Engineer for help.
