What is the attrition rate and how do we calculate it? If a management member is removed due to behavioral issues, can we include that in the attrition rate calculation? Please suggest.
Attrition rate is the ratio of employees' turnover or the percentage of employees leaving the company to the average number of employees. When calculating the attrition rate, employees leaving the company by any means, including cases where the employer asks the employee to go, should be taken into account.
