Am I eligible for ESI benefit for maternity.

The condition to get Maternity benefit under ESIC is the insured female shall have contributed for not less than 70 days in the immediately preceding one or two contribution period. The benefit can be claimed at any time prior to
eight weeks before the expected date of confinement or from the date of confinement as per the condition and requirement of the insured woman.

Hi all,
Can any tell me that if any female employee has not been enrolled in PF Contribution by the company, and she want to avail the Maternity Benefit.
also please clarify that if she will be eligible for the payment of full salary during that period of time.
And what to do if Employer denying for such benefit provide to that Female Employee.
Appreciate the response of the same.
