I'am planning to outsource skilled and unskilled manpower. I have few doubts like what are the formalities, paperwork, contract documentation, licences and agreements involved between my firm and the client. If available then do provide me sample documents of the entire process.
Please help me as I'am a startup looking for proper guidance.
