After how many years an employee can ask for the refund of the PPF money accumulated?

If an employee resigns from any company without serving during the notice period, can that company freeze the PPF Account? can that employee claim the money deposited in the employee's PPF account?

PPF a/c is not controlled by company.
I presume you must be talking of EPF.
Company cannot touch money lying in EPF a/c.
It is protected by law and even a court will not be able to attach money in EPF a/c.

Its absolutely correct PPF account is not control by Employers.
