You have chosen a very nice topic as it gives you the scope to read the minds of people and also a chance to convince employees to retain them. From my side, I would suggest you approach a company where employee turnover is high and participate in an exit interview to check the reasons for leaving the company with employees who have submitted their resignations and are in the notice period. Accumulate all the details and use the information to design a project. Checking old projects may not provide you with the necessary knowledge.
