Company size - we are four people, one MD, one Director, one accountant, and myself in HR. Now, we have sent offers to some candidates, and they will join us soon. It's a manufacturing company producing solid oral doses such as capsules, tablets, and pellets. The company is involved in formulation and manufacturing and is set to be operational by June this year.

I require HR policies concerning leave, travel, employee engagement, etc.
