PF account - showing previous employment doesn't exist and now i am not able to transfer

i have worked in one of the company and got changed to other company but now i am not able to transfer my old pf account to the new one as the it was showing previous employment doesn't exist and now i m not able to transfer my old pf what should i have to do i order to link both the accounts under one pf account.Can i withdraw the previous pf account money?? Can any one help me with this so that i can transfer the account under one account.

Let's request your previous employer to put date of exit on the epf portal only then you will be able to transfer your account to new one.
