F&F calculations if company is providing additional 1 month salary to employees against notice period for relieving

Hi Seniors, I have a query, if company is providing additional 1 month salary to employees against notice period for relieving.
And if their basic is 8500, do company need to deduct PF and PT from additional salary amount.

These payments are indeed subject to PT & EPF contribution and exemption limits.
What is this notice pay you are talking about ? on resignation?
