Struggling with KYC Updates in UAN Portal? Alternatives for Missing Documents?

Dear Seniors, I am working in a manufacturing unit, and we are in the process of updating employees' KYC details in the UAN Portal and getting them approved through DSC or by submitting them manually at the PF Office. We are facing problems with a few employees, mostly those who are uneducated and do not have either an SSC Certificate or Birth Certificate to submit at the PF office, along with the Joint Declaration Form. In this regard, what are the alternate documents we can submit to the PF office for correcting their name/birth details?

Please help me in this matter. Is it possible to submit an employee's Ration Card if they don't have an educational certificate or birth certificate (i.e., laborers, housekeepers who are not educated) for making corrections to their birth details in the UAN portal? Besides SSC/Birth certificate, what other documents are required to get their PF joint declarations approved?
