If you read all current citehr posts on talk to seniors somewhere you will find mention of this 540 degree on citehr itself.
And 720 degree also i read in one of the citehr post. I am surprised with this terms..

Shared Service :It is applicable to big company operating from different location and in with large resources. Its basically cutting down our cost of process.
Business Transformation :
The Six Big "B" : buy, bound, build, borrow, built, bounce

creativity is today's mantra ...............!
u can come up with thousands of new ideas .....
just look for opportunity..
