For a new company Professional Tax Registration for Karnataka has been done online on the e-Prerana portal using Form 2 and a certificate of enrolment has been obtained in Form 4 (downloaded from the portal). What I want to know is
a) how does one get the registered user id and password - does one have to visit the department in person?
