Unable to register employee for UAN with out Aadhar Card.Instead Have other documents like PAN/Bank details,

If an employee does not have Aadhar Card, Neither he has enrolled himself for aadhar, in such cases if employee needs to be registered for new UAN Generation. How can he be registered as online form shows Aadhar mandatory option?
Is there any other way out? Why vrious document options are then kept open in registration window?

As continue on above discussion Aadhar is mandatory for new & Old employee Registration. But here one exemption for north -este state citizens if your employee from those state select option there from north este state then system will accept other then citizens Aadhar, Enroll No is Must

True, But I am looking for exceptions in case of non availability of aadhar card of few exceptional employees, is epfo provides any alternative way online or offline towards registering for UAN number.

Sir,Ifound one circular,which says,in such cases employer will have to apply manually to RPFC and request for UAN using other valid documents.
