PF Form-19 Payment Issue: How Can We Resolve a Wrong IFSC Code Entry with the PF Office?

harsha.rajnisha@gmail.com
Mr. xxxxx worked in our company from 01 April 2011 to 30 April 2018. We submitted his PF Claim form in July 2018. It has been 4 months, and he has only received the Form 10C amount of Rs. 24,955 in his account. However, the Claim Status indicates that the PF Form-19 amount has been settled, and the payment was sent on 24 Aug 2018. Yet, he has not received the Form 19 (EPF Final Settlement) amount. When we contacted the PF office, they informed us that a wrong entry of the particular Bank IFSC Code was made in the PF Office. Please assist in helping him receive his PF amount.

To address the issue of the PF Form-19 amount not being received due to a wrong IFSC code entry by the PF office, follow these steps:

1. Contact the PF office again: Reach out to the PF office and explain the situation clearly. Request them to rectify the error in the IFSC code promptly.

2. Provide accurate details: Ensure that all the correct bank account details, including the accurate IFSC code, are shared with the PF office for the smooth processing of the payment.

3. Follow up regularly: Stay in touch with the PF office to track the progress of the correction and the subsequent payment process. Persistence is key in ensuring the issue is resolved efficiently.

4. Verify the corrected details: Once the PF office confirms the correction of the IFSC code, double-check the bank details to avoid any further discrepancies.

5. Confirm receipt: Once the payment is reprocessed with the corrected IFSC code, ensure that Mr. xxxxx verifies the receipt of the PF Form-19 amount in his account.

By following these steps and maintaining clear communication with the PF office, Mr. xxxxx should be able to receive the pending PF Form-19 amount successfully.
