if any employ not come to office whole month then employer have to pay his/her esi or pf ? or on salary the pf and esi is cut either fixed saleery or earned salllery
ESI/EPF is not calculated on attenendance it is secondary process of payroll processing,
if any amount is paid to employee by employer then only ESI/EPF is applicable othersise the employer has to mark absent / NCP for the employee specific
