I, Bharat Patel, was employed with Airamatrix which was prviously known as AIIT (Aditya Imaging Information Technologies) located at Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane west. After I left the company on 17th Sep-2018 and it has been more than 2 months and they have not even initiated the FnF. As per my communication with HR, when the FnF process starts, the accounts team sends all the details of dues and salary to be paid and all. But i have not received anything from the accounts team. I tried to connect to HR team and they dont respond. They hardly reply the email. Dont answer the calls. And when they answer the call they have 1 common excuse - "I am following the account team on daily basis but they are not doing anything. And you are not the only one whose FnF is pending so you will have to just wait until they respond". I have a strong feeling that this the deliberate attempt not to give my salary of last month. Kindly advice what can I do in this situation.
