Best way to source fresher candidates?

Hi ,
I have started a new startup. I provide digital services to clients. I need some help in sourcing employees. Can someone help me out like whats the best website/way to get candidates?
I need freshers in technical field (computers). I am going to pay 10,000 per month in starting.
Its work from home. Entire work will be given online and I expect person to complete 40 hours of work per week.
Can someone help me?

Why don't you try Campus interviews from your local colleges? For the start ups it's best suited.
Otherwise naukri.com or times - jobbuzz.timesjobs.com may be tried, post your requirements there for 'online' solutions.
