Maternity Leave - joined an organization in June 2018 but Management started paying ESI from September 2018

Hope you all are doing good. I joined an organization in June 2018 in vijayawada.
But my Management started paying esi from September 2018 . I am now 6 months pregnant.
I need to go on Maternity Leave from December/January.
my delivery date was in march 2019. Am I eligible for maternity leave.
Kindly suggest.

The waiting period in ESI Act for Maternity Benefit is 09 month so you are not allowed to claim MB under ESI Act.
