TDS - how to calculate while processing the payroll. What is the slab. How to deducted. No one explain about TDS deduction. Employees asking HR department only but accounts department calculating and deducted. Please explain.

TDS deduction will have to be done only by the Accounts/Finance/Payroll only which is to be supervised by the Authorised Signatory who will use the 'digital signature' made available for this purpose to issue Form 16 & Form 16 A.
However everyone be he/she in taxable bracket or not should know 'how to calculate' Taxable Income and TDS/IT, Tax planning etc. for one's own knowledge.
