I joined a PSU in August 2018, and now I have been selected by another PSU and wish to switch my job. The issue I am facing is that the latter company is asking for a relieving letter without providing me with the final letter of appointment, which will be given after the medical verification.

Secondly, would I be eligible for a bond transfer from one PSU to another if I did not inform them that I am currently working in another PSU at the time of the interview? This is because I was selected in my first PSU after an interview conducted by the second PSU.
