One of My Employee has taken five days leave due to his wife delivery in ESI hospital, please guide me whether the employee is eligible to get the paid leave by the employer for those five days, yes / no ..?
if the ESIC doctor can grant any such leave for the member then he may get from ESIC itself not from employer.
for ESIC enrolled employee, employer has to pay zero leaves except CL/EL ( where ever applicable)
