Resignation and Holidays: How to Determine the Last Working Day in This Scenario?

If Mr. A has resigned on 03/11/2018 and our firm has holidays from 04/11/2018 to 12/11/2018, then what will be the last working date of Mr. A?

The last working day of a resigning employee would be the date on which he is officially relieved by the employer. One need not get confused with the subsequent holidays as the process of termination of the contract of employment gets already irrevocably completed on the date of the individual's relief from the employment.

As informed by the learned member, there should not be any confusion as the services stand terminated/relieved as per the notice, and any subsequent holidays should have no bearing at all. 3/11/2018 will be his last day as per the information provided by you, though not sure if it includes the notice period. Please try to be more specific in your answer to the query to the best of our knowledge.
