How Can I Retrieve My SSLC Certificate After Resigning Due to Health Issues?

Chitra1308
Hi all,

I am in the 5th month of my probation period. I sent an email to my manager and team leader stating that I will not be working here anymore due to my health issues. They did not accept my resignation email and suggested that once my health has recovered, I should return to work. I mentioned that I need my certificate, but they refused to provide my SSLC certificate. Can anyone please help me with how I can collect my certificate from the company? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

You may send another email asking for the certificate, marking a copy to the Labour Officer in Chennai. Please collect the email address of the Labour Office from the official website of the Labour Commissioner of Tamil Nadu. The certificate will reach your home by a special messenger.

Dear Colleague,

Have you given the required notice as per your terms of the appointment letter? If yes, then they should relieve you without hassle and also return your SSLC certificate. Please follow up with them politely.

Dear Colleague,

If you do not fall under any clause that implies serving notice for resignation even during the period of probation, then you need to file a civil case or a money suit in the name of the head of the company along with their letter of denial.
